Comedy at Wilderness

Wilderness has always invited comedians to the bill but this year boasts the biggest ever comedy line-up.

Beating-art heart The Atrium hosting a stellar cast: 2023 Edinburgh Award Winner for Best Show, Ahir Shah's sharp, intellectual brand of stand-up features a blend of philosophical inquiry, political vigour, and sweet gags. Joel Dommett - comedian and host of Masked Singer, Survivor, In With a Shout and NTAs. Stand-up comic and writer Rosie Jones had two sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe with Fifteen Minutes and Backward - which The Scotsman described as “both elegantly crafted and mischievous to its bones” and actor and stand-up comic Lee Peart.

Amy Gledhill was nominated for Best Live Show - National Comedy Awards 2023 and Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Fringe for her show ‘The Girl Before The Girl You Marry’. ‘Utterly hilarious and effortlessly charismatic’ (Rolling Stone) Daniel Foxx is an award-winning comedian and writer whose hit debut show VILLAIN achieved a complete sell-out extended run at the Edinburgh Fringe 2023 and saw him nominated for the NextUp ‘Biggest Award in Comedy’ and the simply incredible four-times Edinburgh Comedy Awards nominee Russell Kane performs a show.

The Forum also hosts comedy, with appearances from razor-sharp American comic Russell Hicks and the superbly deadpan Matt Bragg - Ricky Gervais’ warm up comic.
