Festival Trolley Service

Don’t waste energy carrying all your camping gear from the car park to campsite when you can hire a festival trolley and ease the load!

How it works

On arrival, find one of our Trolley Hubs in the Family, General and Boutique/Meadow car parks. Look out for purple gazebos, big purple flags and our friendly volunteers in purple T-shirts!

We’ll ask you for a few details, request a standard £100 security deposit (completed via card transaction) and hand over your trolley & bungees for as long as you need it - you can even rent for the whole weekend!

Overnight wagons can only be pre-booked and collected from the same Trolley Hubs.

When you're finished, return your trolley to the hub you collected it from and no later than 11am on Monday. Then the cost of hire will be calculated, and any remaining balance due, refunded.

The best bit? Profits from this service will be donated to Child.org and their work supporting pregnant women and their babies in Kenya. 

Pricing

Trolley: £10 per hour or £50 for the weekend 

Wagon: £80 for the weekend - pre-booked only (bookings open soon)

Thursday & Friday: 9am - 10pm 
Saturday: 10am - 2pm 
Sunday: 10am - 6pm 
Monday: 7:30am - 12pm

Charity Concierge is festival volunteering with an impact: their volunteers bring a little bit of luxury to festival-goers while raising money for global health charity Child.org. All donations support Child.org’s work in making pregnancies safer for women and babies in Kenya.
