We offer lots of opportunities, across various departments, to give you amazing first-hand experience of what it's like to work on a festival and be part of the team. Roles include:

Programming Team

Assisting the Programming Team with various tasks across the festival, including back-of-house venue work, stage resets, artist riders & artist liaison.

Feasting Team

With a line-up as important as our music, get first-hand experience of what it takes to deliver fine-dining to a mass audience, in the middle of a field.

Info Team

Engaging with people from all parts of the festival, providing an important directory service and hub for enquiries and gaining in-depth knowledge of the festival as a whole.

Build Team

Working alongside the production team to help set up the festival. Please Note: You must be available from Tuesday the 30th July for this role.

Wellbeing Team

Ranging from reception to info and venue roles, this is great for anyone with an interest in wellbeing and, in particular, large-scale wellbeing events and how they’re organised.

Accessibility Team

Assisting our Access customers both in the Access Campsite and, from time to time, in the Main Arena.
