Born to a Ugandan father and White British mother in Decatur, Georgia, and raised in the South West of England, Lawottim "Lawi" Anywar is a composite of indentities and tastes.

Influenced in equal measure by walls of noise and deep, driving rhythms, Anywar's music trickles, ebbs and flows into a tapestry of shoegaze-tinged art funk.
