The Dive

Hailing from Exeter, Die Twice have built a dedicated fan base with an ambitious sound that sets them apart from most of the UK guitar scene at the moment. Channelling everything from Jeff Buckley to Zeppelin to Math Rock, the band’s soaring alt-rock sound melds poetic lyrics with duelling guitars and a punk rock spirit that runs through every track.

Live, they are a force to be reckoned with. Already established in their hometown (having sold out the 500 capacity Phoenix), they spent last year bringing their kinetic live shows to the rest of the country, with two headline tours and a string of festival appearances.

With fans at BBC Introducing including Jess Iszatt and Dan Pascoe (with whom they recently recorded a live acoustic session), as well as support from Radio X’s John Kennedy, they’re already making headway in the wider UK scene, and with ‘A Beautiful Thing’ they look on the brink of really making waves.
