CHEWY SHE

CHEWY SHE is an electro-disco-punk band, based in London. Their music is a celebration of freedom, sex-positivity, queerness, and the pursuit of ecstasy.

The band is best understood by their live shows, which have developed into a combination of punk and camp theatrical performances. They include a gonzo narrative, costume changes, soliloquy, choreography, and audience interaction. They are an initiation into the darkly ironic, theatrical, and immersive universe of CHEWY SHE.

With one mission: to spread joy and make the audience connect a bit more to their ridiculous self.

Having been championed by Cerys Matthews on Radio 6 in the UK, sold out their Moth Popera show 3 times in a row, and is working right now with Raf Rundell ( Heavenly record, Fat White family on their new albums.
