Adam Holgate

Rhythm & Blues Band is fronted by Adam Holgate, who performs internationally as a guitarist and songwriter with Hannah Williams and the Affirmations (sampled by Jay Z on the title track of his last album ‘4.44’ in 2017) and a bassist with Ephemerals.

Adam has played hundreds of club and festival gigs across Europe (14 countries) and the UK, and further afield like at Montreal Jazz Festival Main Stage in Canada; New York Central Park Summer Stage USA; Blue Note in Japan. UK and European festivals include North Sea Jazz Festival, Orangefest and Down the Rabbit Hole in the Nederlands; Pori Jazz in Finland; Waves in Austria; Fusion Festival in Germany; Nancy Jazz and Marsailles Jazz de Cinq Continents in France; Glastonbury, Boomtown, Shambala, How the Light Gets in, Bestival, Green Man, Colne Blues Festival, Cambridge Folk Festival and many many others.
