Info for families

The perfect alternative family holiday destination, Wilderness presented by Audi is a cosmic family-friendly dreamland for those of all ages, teaming with fantastical family activities, including sensory raves, games and dance sessions, family theatre, circus, clowning, performance and play.

A place where children can roam and go wild amidst the cultural hijinks and ancient oaks, while parents can share in magical moments that will last a lifetime. Not only that, we've got a dedicated nanny service for those moments when you might want some time to yourselves.

You can opt to stay in any of our campsites with your little ones, apart from Quiet Camping where we request that you do not camp with children under the age of eight.

If you’re staying in Boutique, children aged between 0-5 can stay in your accommodation with you in addition to the accommodation’s advertised capacity, as long as they also have a child festival ticket. However please note that no bedding or beds will be provided for this so please bring that with you. You can see our full Boutique Information here.

Yes, Family Camping is exclusively for those with little ones under the age of 18. As such, if you're part of a large group with children but are not all bringing kids, please make sure you arrive together.

It is one of our closest campsites to the arena, making it a shorter walk for little legs. It also enters into the arena via our North Arena Entrance from which it’s only a short walk to our dedicated Family Field with all our wonderful family specific content.

The Family Zone Manager Hub is equipped with baby change mats that you can borrow and a kettle for hot water if you need it. Baby change facilities are available in the accessible toilets and there will be family friendly food traders available nearby and as per all our campsites, there are standard showers and polyjohns.

Each person needs a Family Camping Ticket - under 18 tickets can only be added on during the booking process (max four per adult). Please make sure you book the correct ticket for under 18s based on the age they will be at the festival.

If you’re planning to drive you’ll need to book a Family Camping Car Park Pass and you can follow the instructions on our Your Arrival page to help you get to the Blue Car Park.

While there isn’t power in the Family Campsite, there will be phone charging and locker services in the arena, which can be booked here.

Yes, our bookable trolley service will be back and you can find out everything you need to know HERE.

You can see our full list of prohibited items here.

Wilderness presented by Audi as a whole is very family-friendly. All of the daytime programming lends itself to kids and adults alike. The Family Field is dedicated to our under 18 audience, teeming with activities to keep your little ones (and you) entertained throughout the day and equipped with family facilities. You can also have a look through our full line-up to find all the amazing content on offer throughout the show to keep people of all ages entertained.

Please note there is some content that we advise is for over 18s only, whenever this is the case it will be highlighted in our programme and at the festival. The Valley is for over 18s only.

Yes, there is but please be advised this tends to book up early. Find out full information and secure your space here.

Babies can sit on parents' laps at all restaurants except for The Chef's Table, if they're in a pram you can ask to be seated at the end of a table. Please note, we don't have a children's menu so if you’re planning to have them eat with you they’ll need to be booked as an additional seat.

The festival is a greenfield site so the ground is uneven and hilly in places but ok to bring and use a pram, conditions may just be a little tough when wet. Best to bring one with bigger/wider wheels if available. You can also book our festival trolleys, either in advance or at the festival.

Hot water can be provided from any of the food traders at the campsite. The Zone Manager hub in the Family Campsite will also have a kettle so you can get water from the Zone Manager to sterilise bottles etc but please ensure you bring your own washing up tub or vessel to do this.

Baby changing facilities are accommodated within accessible toilets which are located in the Family Campsite and at each arena toilet block.

You can find some comfort at the festival with our family huts. Dotted around the arena and staffed by the wonderful team at Child.org, these will offer a private and dedicated space for baby-changing and breastfeeding you little ones, away from the hustle and bustle.
