In The WildYour walk will be guided by author Rachel Corby. Alongside her, you’ll discover the amazing number of wild medicinal plants growing underfoot and in the hedgerows around Cornbury Park. You will encounter, and learn how to use plants that can help with everything from hangovers and sunburn to broken hearts and grazed knees.
Rachel is a medicine woman, plant whisperer and personal rewilding coach. She has been working with medicinal plants for over 20 years since she was catapulted deeply into the realms of plant consciousness whilst working with a shaman in the Ecuadorian rainforest! Since that time she has worked to reconnect with all things wild and build relationships with the plants she encounters. Rachel is the author of four books. The most recent is Rewilding & The Art Of Plant Whispering.
Meet no later than 15 minutes before the session start time at the Wilderness Meeting Point where you'll then be guided into the woods.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. No need to sign up. Participation is free.
