Kate Raworth

Kate Raworth is the author of Doughnut Economics: seven ways to think like a 21st century economist.

Translated into over 20 languages, the book has gained widespread support, ranging from Pope Francis and David Attenborough to Extinction Rebellion. 

In 2019 Kate co-founded Doughnut Economics Action Lab (doughnuteconomics.org) to connect pioneering communities, teachers, cities, companies, architects, doctors and many more who want to put the book’s ideas into practice in their own work and localities.

She teaches as Oxford University and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
