Joshua Overington is Chef Owner of Mýse, the restaurant with rooms in North Yorkshire that opened in 2023 and was awarded a Michelin star just seven months after opening.

Mýse placed no17 in the Top 100 2024 National Restaurant Awards, with Joshua and Victoria winning the award for Best Restaurateurs. They were also invited out to Paris to represent England as the 'New Destination Champion' by La Liste, and have been rated 'Exceptional' by the Good Food Guide.
